Microsoft Names New VP Of Federal Government Sales

Meyers, who has been with Microsoft for two years, was previously the company's general manager of U.S. federal civilian government sales and operations.

Before joining Microsoft Myers was senior vice president of worldwide and government sales at Approva Corp., a Herndon, Va.-based Microsoft partner.

Before that he held various posts at Oracle, BearingPoint and NCR managing federal government sales.
