Auth0 Debuts Identity Solutions Hub Auth0 Marketplace
‘Now solution providers don’t have to go through three or four different point solutions, they can work with us and our ecosystem partners to really deliver a more complete solution for their customers whatever journey they’re taking—whether it’s application replatforming, digital transformation or reducing costs, they’re able to do that because we’re providing a one-stop-shop experience out of the box,’ says Auth0’s Shiv Ramji.
Bellevue, Wash.-based cybersecurity vendor Auth0 now offers an integration catalog as part of its Identity-as-a-Service platform for different partner-types to provide customers with extensibility and customization to meet their identity needs of today and tomorrow.
“A lot of our customers that go live usually go live in less than 30 days, so that speaks to our investments in making the products simple and easy to use, and our systems integrators really love that,” Shiv Ramji, chief product officer at Auth0, told CRNtv.
Auth0’s latest launch builds on the extensibility the company has established within its Identity-as-a-Service platform, said Ramji.
“So we’re announcing a bunch of new partners, 85-plus integrations with the launch of the ecosystem, and we’re adding a few more categories specifically to aid our customers in building their identity solutions,” Ramji added.
What’s New?
With Auth0 Marketplace, “we make it even easier for solution providers to serve their customers’ needs,” said Ramji.
For example, he said, of the additional categories that are launching—consent management as well as identity proofing—solution providers don’t have to go through three or four different point solutions.
“They can work with us and our ecosystem partners to really deliver a more complete solution for their customers whatever journey they’re taking—whether it’s application replatforming, digital transformation or reducing costs, they’re able to do that because we’re providing a one-stop-shop experience out of the box,” Ramji said.
Value Proposition
When it comes to solving customers’ needs, with digital transformation as an example, “they probably need a more complete identity solution,” said Ramji. “So they get the core Identity as a Service out of the box with us.”
Now with Auth0 Marketplace, systems integrators and solution providers have the option to include other categories such as identity proofing or consent management.
“And so, we’re really just making it very easy for them to go to their customers with more complete solutions,” Ramji told CRNtv.
Customer Impact
Systems integrators and solution providers just want to focus on the innovation that matters to their customers, said Ramji.
Which is why “we make it easier so that they’re not thinking about security, they’re not thinking about this trade-off between the customer experience and [whether] identity is implemented correctly.”
“We take away all of that burden so that really our systems integrators and our customer teams are really focused on innovation that matters versus trying to solve how to deploy identity more securely,” Ramji added.
What Sets Auth0 Apart
“First and foremost is that this [platform] is specifically designed to extend the capabilities of Auth0 within the context of identity,” said Ramji.
Second, the integration marketplace makes it “really, really easy to discover and combine these integrations with existing capabilities in the context of the platform itself,” Ramji said. “So what this means is that customers don’t have to host, secure, maintain or scale any of the integrations themselves—we provide that out of the box.”
