Michael Dell: Carl Icahn Is A 'Bad Guy'

Michael Dell was blunt about his feelings toward investor Carl Icahn during a sit-down with The Channel Company CEO Robert Faletra at the IT BoB conference, calling the businessman "a bad guy."
"He lies, he has no ethical boundaries, he'll say anything, do anything, I have no time for him," the Dell CEO said.
Dell paused during the on-stage interview for a few seconds before declaring his opinion of Icahn, and his answers earned roaring applause from partners and conference attendees.
Icahn fought the Dell's mission to take the company private last year, publicly denouncing the company on Twitter. "All would be swell at Dell if Michael and the board bid farewell," Icahn notably tweeted during the months-long battle for the company.
Dell was ultimately successful in thwarting Icahn, who has now turned his attention to Apple CEO Tim Cook. Icahn, who reportedly owns 53 shares in Apple, is asking Apple to buy back more of its own stock. The investor claims Appleās stock is underrated and it would be wise for Cook to buy back shares during what he called a "massive undervaluation."
