Solution Provider: Why SimpliVity's New Program Is Unique

The channel is cheering SimpliVity’s launch of a new partner program. Dan Serpico, CEO of SimpliVity partner FusionStorm, called the program ’unique’ as it focuses on quotas at both SimpliVity and Cisco.
Serpico said FusionStorm has seen tremendous growth with SimpliVity, thanks to its 100 percent channel focus. But SimpliVity’s partnerships with Cisco are equally crucial.
’Their partnerships with Cisco have been really important to us because we’re getting traction with Cisco field sales teams,’ he said.
As Cisco continues to focus on solutions around the data center, Serpico said the emerging technology has become key to growth.
’A partner like us that is playing with a variety of solutions and helping our customers with these complicated environments, you know, we want to be supportive of all our partners in that solution as well,’ he said.
’Their program allows us to retire quota both at Cisco and at SimpliVity, which makes the partnership very unique.’
