Meet The New Bosses: Here Are The 38 People Who Will Lead The New CSC-HPE Enterprise Services
New Leadership Team For A Big Merger
CSC and HPE Enterprise Services have cemented their post-merger game plan, revealing the roles and responsibilities of 38 of the solution provider giant's senior leaders.
The two-month-long organization design and selection process assessed top talent from CSC and HPE ES and was managed by Heidrick & Struggles, one of the world's leading talent advisory firms. The name and branding of the post-merger company will be revealed before the April 1 close of the merger.
The leadership team draws from both CSC and HPE ES, the companies said, with executives tapped for their roles based on experience, performance, leadership qualities and cultural fit.

Elcio Barcelos
New Role: SVP, Human Resources
Current Role: HPE ES SVP Global Human Resources
Will Report To: Jo Mason, EVP and CHRO
Barcelos will lead human resources for the new company's sales and business development organization, responsible for developing and implementing a strategy that advances the unit's goals.
Barcelos will oversee HR matters, programs and activities across the new company's six geographic regions, the global sales organization, and the company's insurance, healthcare, transportation, banking and U.S. public sector practices.
Barcelos started at Hewlett-Packard in June 2009 as vice president of global talent acquisition, and moved into his current role in July 2015. Prior to joining HP, Barcelos spent four-and-a-half years at Wells Fargo and a little over seven at Bank of America.
Tom Egan
New Role: SVP, Delivery Value Capture
Current Role: HPE ES SVP, Delivery Value Capture
Will Report To: Steve Hilton, EVP, Deliver
Egan will serve the new company in the same role he held at HPE Enterprise Services.
Egan joined Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in 1980 and spent many years managing IT outsourcing operations both in the Americas and globally.
He joined Hewlett-Packard in August 2008 when it acquired EDS for $13.9 billion.
Samson David
New Role: SVP, Commercial Delivery, Offering Delivery & Transformation, and India Co-Lead
Current Role: HPE SVP and Chief Delivery Officer
Will Report To: Steve Hilton, EVP, Deliver
David will lead offering-specific delivery teams in India that enable the operational design, migration and transformation of engagement for the new company's clients. He will also oversee the combined global network of delivery centers that conduct non-restricted service delivery operations for the merged firm.
David started at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in August 2016, and is currently responsible for the company's global $19 billion applications, IT outsourcing and business process outsourcing (BPO) practice. Prior to joining HPE, he spent 24 years at Infosys, culminating in a role as its global head of cloud, infrastructure services and security.
Katherine Garcia
New Role: SVP, Integration Office
Current Role: HPE SVP, Applications and Business Services
Will Report To: Eric Harmon, EVP, Operations & Integration
Garcia will be tasked with overseeing the new company's integration office, where she will focus on value creation and putting together a seamless and integrated operating model for the new company.
Garcia joined Hewlett-Packard in 2011 in her current role, where she is responsible for leveraging applications, industry solutions and business process outsourcing to modernize and enhance client operations.
Prior to joining HP, Garcia spent a decade at IBM, rising to a role of general manager of growth markets for a global telecommunications client. Before that, she was at Lockheed Martin for four years, where she was president of Naval Electronics and Surveillance Systems.
Chris Thomas
New Role: SVP, Global Solutions and Commercial Functions
Current Role: HPE SVP, Solutioning and Sales Support
Will Report To: Eric Harmon, EVP, Operations & Integration
Thomas will direct the various solutioning and commercial support functions for each of the new company's global offerings and six regions. He will also drive key strategic commercial programs for the new company to ensure sales efforts are supported across all offerings.
Thomas re-joined Hewlett-Packard in September 2014 in his current role. Prior to that, he spent more than three years with Pegasus Logistics Group, rising to the role of president.
Before that, Thomas was with Dell for two years, where he led worldwide sales for the $9 billion Dell Services business unit. Prior to that, he spent five years with Electronic Data Systems as VP of strategic sales and VP of sales support, and was with EDS when HP bought it in 2008.
Art Wong
New Role: SVP and GM, Cybersecurity

Will Report To: Eric Harmon, EVP, Operations & Integration
Wong will be accountable for the growth and profitability of the new company's high-growth cybersecurity program. The offering includes risk advisory services, hybrid managed security services, identity management and monitoring, and information assurance.
Wong joined Hewlett-Packard in April 2013 in his current role, where he leads the company's global security practice. Prior to joining HP, he served as CEO of secure managed portable storage provider IronKey and sales forecasting solutions provider Right90.
Before that, Wong spent nearly seven years at Symantec, culminating in a role as vice president of new business investments. Prior to that, he founded five technology companies that were either successfully acquired or publicly listed.
Martin Risau
New Role: SVP and GM, Big Data & Analytics
Current Role: HPE ES Practice Lead, Analytics and Data Management
Will Report To: Eric Harmon, EVP, Operations & Integration
Risau will be accountable for the growth and profitability of the new company's high-growth big data and analytics program.
The offering includes business intelligence and analytics, machine learning, actionable analytics and the Internet of Things, analytics advisory and data science, and big data and analytics platform services.
Risau joined Hewlett-Packard in January 2011 and moved into his current role in October 2013, from which he helps HP's clients address their most pressing problems in information management and analytics. Prior to joining HP, Risau spent nearly nine years as a senior vice president at SAP.
Larry Stack
New Role: SVP, Global Sales Leader

Stack will direct the new company's combined worldwide sales force across all regions and industries. Regional sales leaders reporting to Stack will be announced in the coming weeks.
Stack re-joined Hewlett-Packard in February 2013 in his current role. Prior to that, Stack spent three years as a managing director and global sales lead for health and public service at Accenture.
Stack joined Electronic Data Systems in 2002 as a vice president, and became part of HP for the first time in 2008 when it acquired EDS. Before that, Stack was a senior vice president at Japanese technology firm Fujitsu.
Seelan Nayagam
New Role: VP and GM, Australia and New Zealand

Nayagam will serve the new company in the same role he has held at CSC. Nayagam joined CSC in his current role in April 2014, and played a pivotal role in the company's 2016 acquisitions of UXC and Xchanging.
Prior to joining CSC, Nayagam spent 15 years at IBM, eventually becoming responsible for Big Blue's applications management service business in Asia-Pacific. Before that, Nayagam was part of the professional services group for human resource management software provider PeopleSoft for four years.
Maruf Majed
New Role: VP and GM, Asia, Middle East & Africa

Majed will serve the new company in the same role he has held at CSC. The new company's Asia, Middle East & Africa (AMEA) region will include China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam, the Middle East and Africa.
Majed joined CSC in his current role in April 2013, and has been focused on growing the company's regional presence in cloud computing, cybersecurity and big data.
Prior to joining CSC, Majed held senior leadership roles at IBM, Gulf Business Machines, Siebel Systems, webMethods and, most recently, Misys.
Pierre Bruno
New Role: VP and GM, Southern Europe

Bruno will be responsible for the new company's profit and loss, growth, operations and overall success in Southern Europe, which will include Spain, France, Portugal, Italy, Malta, Belgium and Luxembourg.
Bruno joined CSC in his current role in June 2013, where he's responsible for driving and coordinating all operations and market-repositioning efforts in the region.
Prior to that, he spent more than 14 years at Dell, culminating in a role that transformed the company's specialized sales model in Europe. Bruno began his career in sales and marketing for Actebis France.
Michael Eberhardt
New Role: VP and GM, Central and Northern Europe

Eberhardt will be responsible for the new company's profit and loss, growth, operations and overall success in Central and Northern Europe (CNE).
The CNE region will include Austria, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Turkey, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden and The Netherlands.
Eberhardt joined Hewlett-Packard in December 2007 as director of outsourcing for Germany, and moved into his current role in October 2014.
Prior to joining HP, Eberhardt spent more than six years as CEO of TDS Informationstechnologie. Before that, Eberhardt was at IBM for 11 years, eventually becoming a business executive for its U.S. IT services unit.
Nick Wilson
New Role: SVP and GM, UK&I

Wilson will be responsible for the new company's profit and loss, growth, operations and overall success in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Israel.
Wilson joined Hewlett-Packard in July 2009 as managing director and vice president for the U.K. and Ireland, and shifted into his current role in November 2013.
Prior to joining HP, Wilson spent more than two years at CSC, where he was president and CEO of its outsourcing operation for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Before that, he spent a year as Unisys's U.K. managing director, and more than a decade as IBM's general manager of global services for the U.K. and Ireland.
Kevin Jones
New Role: SVP and GM, Americas

Jones will be responsible for the new company's profit and loss, growth, operations and overall success in the Americas Region, which will include Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Columbia, Mexico, Peru and the United States.
Jones re-joined Hewlett-Packard in August 2014 in his current role, where he is responsible for managing a $6.5 billion business unit with 25,000 employees.
Prior to that, Jones spent three years at Dell, becoming vice president of Dell Services and chief customer and sales officer. Jones began his career at EDS in 1989 and came over to HP as part of its 2008 acquisition of EDS.
Russell Krauss

Krauss will serve the new company in the same role he has held at HPE Enterprise Services.
Krauss joined Electronic Data Systems (EDS) as a vice president in June 2001, and became part of Hewlett-Packard in 2008 when it acquired EDS for $13.9 billion.
He gained oversight of HP Enterprise Services' strategy and operations in 2011 before shifting to his current role in 2013.
Claus Schunemann
New Role: VP and Industry GM, Banking (EMEA)

Schunemann will be responsible for implementing the new company's go-to-market strategy, managing profit and loss, and developing industry-specific offerings for banking in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Schunemann joined CSC in June 2013, and has been responsible for managing all operations in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy and Eastern Europe.
Prior to that, Schunemann spent two decades at Misys International Banking Systems, where he served as managing director of Continental and Southern Europe. Schunemann began his career in sales and marketing with Nixdorf Computer AG.
Marilyn Crouther
New Role: SVP and GM, U.S. Public Sector

Crouther will be responsible for the overall profit and loss, growth, and operational success of the new company's U.S. public sector business, including go-to-market strategy and execution, and the commercialization of relevant offerings into the sector.
Crouther began her career with Electronic Data Systems in 1989, and became part of Hewlett-Packard when it acquired EDS in August 2008.
Crouther was promoted to her current role in December 2011. She had previously served as vice president of finance for HP Enterprise Services' U.S. public sector business.
Brian Cook
New Role: VP and GM, Travel and Transportation

Prior to joining HP, Cook spent six years at SITA Inc. USA, where he was responsible for all aspects of the passenger services and solutions business.
Before that, Cook was IT director for Star Alliance, where he helped develop the alliance's organizational design, structure, governance, delivery, and development processes.
Phil Ratcliff

Ratcliff started at CSC in his current role in February 2015, where he leads strategy development, global sales and account management, and delivery for all of the company's insurance solutions.
Ratcliff spent 11.5 years at IBM, rising to a role of formulating strategy, developing offerings, and delivering business performance for Big Blue's banking and insurance process outsourcing business.
He came over to Concentrix in early 2014 as part of its acquisition of IBM's customer care business, and spent a year there as vice president of global banking and insurance.
Andrea Fiumicelli

Fiumicelli came to CSC in April 2011 as part of its acquisition of global healthcare software company iSoft, where he had worked as COO and CEO since April 2008. At CSC, Fiumicelli leads a team of 3,000 employees and is responsible for the company's worldwide healthcare and life sciences activities.
Prior to joining iSoft, Fiumicelli spent three years as the executive healthcare IT vice president for Agfa Healthcare.
Mahesh Shah
New Role: VP and GM, Business Process Outsourcing

Shah will lead the new company's global business process outsourcing unit, focusing on both the current portfolio of service offerings as well as next-generation business process services.
Shah moved into his current role with Hewlett Packard Enterprise in November 2015, where he is responsible for assisting companies with the IT aspects of an acquisition or divestiture.
Prior to that, Shah led and managed IT for the separation of HP Inc. and HPE as CIO of enterprise services and software, a role he held from 2013 to 2015.
Shah joined Hewlett-Packard in 2001, and worked with IBM for five years before that.
Carlos Lopez-Abadia
New Role: VP and GM, Consulting

Lopez-Abadia will oversee the new company's consulting practice, which will offer IT strategy, risk and digital transformation advisory services. He will also oversee strategic partnerships in the consulting domain.
Lopez-Abadia started at CSC in December 2012 as vice president and general manager of its diversified industries group, and moved into his current role in April 2016.
In his initial role with CSC, Lopez-Abadia oversaw CSC's $2.5 billion global business in natural resources, high tech, utilities, retail, consumer goods and transportation.
Prior to joining CSC, Lopez-Abadia held executive roles as Misys, Accenture, Qwest Communications, Level 3 Communications, US West, McKinsey & Co., and SBC.
Troy Richardson
New Role: SVP and GM, Enterprise & Cloud Apps

Richardson will oversee the new company's enterprise and cloud apps offering, focusing on alliance-driven enterprise solutions, next-generation cloud applications and cloud-native applications.
Richardson started at CSC in his current role in late 2015. Prior to that, he spent 20 months as Oracle's senior vice president of global strategic alliances, and 18 months as SAP's senior vice president and general manager of North America.
Before that, Richardson held executive roles at Hewlett-Packard, Xiocom Wireless, Novell and NCR. Richardson began his career at IBM and spent 16 years there, working his way up to regional vice president of Big Blue's enterprise software group.
Mike Klaus

Klaus will oversee the new company's application services offering, focusing on application development, application management, and testing services.
Klaus joined Hewlett-Packard in his current role in July 2008 following HP's acquisition of Electronic Data Systems. In his current role, Klaus leads strategy and execution around SAP, Oracle, Microsoft and Workday offerings.
Prior to that, Klaus spent four-and-a-half years at EDS leading the company's $1 billion global consumer industries and retail practice. Before that, he held leadership roles at Arcstream Solutions, Capgemini, CSC, Cleveland Consulting Associates and the FTD Association.
Howard Hughes
New Role: SVP and GM, Workplace & Mobility

Will Report To: Mike Lawrie, Chairman, President and CEO
Hughes will oversee the new company's workplace and mobility offering, focusing on end-user services, virtual desktop services, mobile device management, productivity applications and trusted information services.
Hughes joined Hewlett-Packard in September 2003 as senior vice president and general manager of EMEA enterprise services, and moved into his current role in November 2015.
He is currently responsible for major hybrid cloud migrations, global workplace deployments, staff transitions and new account startups.
Prior to joining HP, Hughes was Capgemini's director of networks, infrastructure and security, and spent 13 years as an officer in the Army.
Eugene O'Callaghan
New Role: SVP and GM, Cloud, Workload Platforms & IT Outsourcing

O'Callaghan will oversee the new company's cloud, workload platforms and IT outsourcing offering, which will focus on integrating workload migration, hybrid cloud enablement, storage and compute, and network solutions and services.
O'Callaghan started at Electronic Data Systems in 1991, and came over to Hewlett-Packard as part of its 2008 acquisition of EDS. While at HP, O'Callaghan has been responsible for the company's relationship with General Motors and Royal Dutch Shell before moving into his current role in April 2015.
O'Callaghan's time at EDS culminated in him directing the company's core architecture and engineering business unit.
Erich Windmuller
New Role: VP, Chief Information Officer

Will Report To: Mike Lawrie, Chairman, President and CEO
Windmuller will oversee the global strategy and management of all of the new company's IT assets that support employees and help drive strategic priorities.
Windmuller started at CSC in his current role in December 2015. Prior to joining CSC, he spent nearly 17 years at IBM, culminating in a role as vice president of client management for Big Blue’s Global Technology Services division in Australia and New Zealand.
Before that, Windmuller was vice president and manager for SAIC's space and defense group for five years, and vice president of business development at Sterling Software for 13 years.
Dan Hushon
New Role: SVP, Chief Technology Officer
Current Role: CSC CTO & VP and GM, Cybersecurity
Will Report To: Mike Lawrie, Chairman, President and CEO
Hushon will be responsible for driving innovation strategy and growth for the new company's solutions and for ensuring technology excellence. He will define the new company's long-term technology strategy and vision, and advocate for that vision with customers.
Hushon started at CSC in February 2013 as the company's chief technology officer, and his responsibilities were expanded in 2015 to include business strategy and the company's $200 million cybersecurity business.
Prior to joining CSC, Hushon spent seven years at EMC, culminating in a role as chief technologist of the company's cloud innovation platforms. Before that, Hushon was a Sun Microsystems executive for seven years.
Gary Stockman
New Role: SVP, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer

Stockman will lead the new company's global, integrated marketing communications team, where he will be tasked with advancing the company's brand, value proposition and competitive position across the globe with critical clients, influencers and stakeholders.
Stockman started at CSC in his current role in June 2014. Prior to joining CSC, he founded and ran his own marketing consultancy for 21 months.
Earlier, Stockman spent nearly 13 years as CEO of Porter Novelli, one of the world's 10 largest public relations firms, providing strategic counsel to clients ranging from startups to multinationals.
Sreekanth Arimanithaya
New Role: SVP, Integrated Workforce Management and India Co-Lead
Current Role: CSC Managing Director, India & Global Head of Workforce Management
Will Report To: Mike Lawrie, Chairman, President and CEO
Arimanithaya will be responsible for the new company's global workforce planning and optimization, strategic and operational demand management, talent recruitment and training, skill management and development, and diversity and inclusion.
Arimanithaya joined CSC in June 2013 as vice president of human resources and moved into his current role in February 2015, where he is responsible for the business results of CSC's largest offshore global delivery network.
Prior to joining CSC, Arimanithaya spent two years as Britannia Industries' chief human resources officer. Earlier, he held executive roles at CA Technologies, GE Consumer Products, Phillips Software, Toyota, and Kudremukh Iron Ore Company.
Bill Deckelman
New Role: EVP, General Counsel and Secretary

Deckelman will serve as principal counsel and advisor to senior leadership and the board of directors, with global responsibility for all of the new company's legacy, privacy, contracting, M&A, litigation, compliance, government and regulatory activities.
Deckelman started at CSC in his current role in January 2008, and has been responsible for the company's global legal, contracting and compliance activities.
Prior to joining CSC, Deckelman spent 19 years at Affiliated Computer Services, culminating in a role as executive vice president and general counsel. Deckelman served as a director at ACS from 2000 to 2003.
Paul Saleh
New Role: EVP and Chief Financial Officer

Saleh will serve as financial counsel to senior leadership and the board of directors, with responsibility for the new company's worldwide finance organization.
Saleh has held his current role at CSC since February 2012. Prior to joining CSC, he spent 18 months as Gannett's CFO, and launched Menza Partners, an operational and financial advisory group focusing on the media, telecommunications, and technology industries.
Before that, Saleh was CFO at Sprint Nextel from 2001 to 2008, and served as interim CEO in late 2007. Saleh was also CFO of Walt Disney International, and vice president and treasurer at Honeywell.
Jim Smith
New Role: EVP, Customer Advocacy and Joint Ventures

Will Report To: Mike Lawrie, Chairman, President and CEO
Smith will advocate on behalf of the new company's clients and drive strategic customer initiatives, satisfaction, retention and competitive differentiation. He will also oversee business activities related to the company's joint ventures, including CeleritiFin Tech.
Smith started at CSC in his current role in August 2013, where he oversees more than 30,000 employees focused on helping clients transform to the cloud while modernizing their application landscapes.
Prior to joining CSC, Smith spent nearly three years at Motricity, culminating in a 16-month stint as CEO. Before that, he held executive roles at Avaya and Accenture, and was co-founder of marketing demand management company Vector Development.
Jo Mason

Mason will lead all aspects of human resources for the new company, including talent recruitment and retention, policy, benefits and compensation, workforce development and organization effectiveness, staffing and training, and global inclusion and diversity.
At CSC, Mason has also served as chief of staff to CEO Mike Lawrie. Mason additionally worked alongside Lawrie at Misys, where she was an advisor to the CEO and board.
Eric Harmon
New Role: EVP, Operations and Integration
Current Role: HPE SVP and GM, Global Practices and Emerging Business
Will Report To: Mike Lawrie, Chairman, President and CEO
Harmon will lead the new company's post-merger Integration Management Office to ensure a successful integration. He will also oversee the company's high-growing offerings, as well as the Global Solutioning and Commercial Functions that will enable future offerings.
Harmon previously worked at consultancy McKinsey & Co, where he was the principal strategist on ES Accelerate, an internal transformation plan for HP Enterprise Services. Harmon later joined HP Enterprise Services as its chief operating officer to help implement the plan.

Stephen Hilton
New Role: EVP, Deliver

Will Report To: Mike Lawrie, Chairman, President and CEO
Hilton will focus on the successful execution and ongoing performance improvement of the new company's global delivery organization and operating model.
Hilton will work on the new company's account-focused delivery, offering delivery and transformation, global delivery network, and delivery management functions that support operations.
Hilton re-joined CSC in his current role in March 2015, from which he manages the company's $3.5 billion infrastructure and managed services portfolio. Prior to that, he spent nearly nine years at Credit Suisse, where he was responsible for global technology infrastructure.
Earlier, Hilton spent three years at JP Morgan Chase and nearly seven at CSC, where he worked as a service delivery executive, technical architect and business development/sales director.
Mike Nefkens
New Role: EVP and GM, Regions and Industries
Current Role: HPE EVP and GM, Enterprise Services
Will Report To: Mike Lawrie, Chairman, President and CEO
Nefkens will set the vision and go-to-market strategy for the new company's regions and industries. He will lead sales and business development initiatives across regions and accounts, the core industries, and the U.S. public sector business, as well as other strategic growth initiatives.
Nefkens will also partner with the new company's leaders to develop next-generation offerings.
Nefkens started with Electronic Data Systems in 2003 as their Delphi account executive, and came to Hewlett-Packard as part of its 2008 acquisition of EDS. He has worked in his current role since August 2012, helping Fortune 500 enterprises leverage technology to transform their business.
Prior to joining EDS, Nefkens spent a decade as a general manager at Holland Chemical International.
Mike Lawrie

Current Role: CSC Chairman, President and CEO
Will Report To: Board of Directors
Seventeen of the new company's leaders will report directly to Lawrie, including six general managers of offering families and 11 C-suite or top back-office executives. Lawrie joined CSC in March 2012 as president and CEO, and became board chairman in December 2015.
At CSC, Lawrie implemented a rigorous management system to make operations more efficient, spun off its North American public sector business, and spearheaded the merger with HPE Enterprise Services.
Prior to joining CSC, Lawrie spent more than five years as CEO of Misys, a U.K.-based financial services solution provider, and two years as CEO of Siebel Systems, an international software company.
Before that, Lawrie spent 27 years with IBM, culminating in responsibility for sales and distribution of all of Big Blue's products and services worldwide.
