Here Are Dell’s Top 5 Most Highly Compensated Executives
Fiscal year 2021 was a great year for Dell Technologies as it continues to transform itself. Here are Dell’s five most highly compensated executives.
Dell Technologies’ Most Highly Compensated Leaders
With Dell Technologies founder, chairman and CEO Michael Dell voluntarily forgoing his base salary for a portion of fiscal year 2021 due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, Dell’s CEO was not the most highly compensated executive at his company in fiscal year 2021.
The Round Rock, Texas-based infrastructure and PC giant recently disclosed the company’s most highly compensated executives in a proxy filing with the U.S Securities and Exchange Commission. The company hasn’t skipped a beat throughout the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, with full-year fiscal year 2021 revenue reaching $94.2 billion, up 2 percent year over year. Dell’s fiscal year 2021 ran from Feb. 1, 2020 to Jan. 29, 2021.
Dell is also reconstructing itself by selling or spinning off many of its brands over the past 18 months, including RSA, VMware, Pivotal Software and Boomi to focus on “high-priority” markets. Dell also is shifting its operations and sales motion toward Everything as a Service with Apex.
